Diamond milk are made of high quality micro grain synthetic diamond on an oil and water-oil connector in the full grain size range from SD 60/50 to SD 1/0.

Application:

Pastes are used for lapping and manual and machine polishing of :

  • cemented carbides,
  • ferrites,
  • hardened alloy steels ,
  • minerals
  • cast iron
  • ceramics,
  • copper,
  • brass,
  • aluminium
  • jewellery stones
  • final machining of metals, alloys and non-metallic materials.

 

and for preliminary and finishing abrasive machining using polishing, cloth, cotton and felt discs. Depending on the type of paste, surfaces with different levels of polishing are obtained, and we guarantee you the highest levels of glossiness.

 

Pastes differ in the percentage of diamond grain.

We have 10% 20% 30% and 40% pastes

The concentration of micro diamond grain in a paste depends on the size and hardness of the processed material. It should be larger the harder the processed material is.

To obtain a mirror gloss, it is recommended to use oil pastes.
