Application:
Pastes are used for lapping and manual and machine polishing of :
- cemented carbides,
- ferrites,
- hardened alloy steels ,
- minerals
- cast iron
- ceramics,
- copper,
- brass,
- aluminium
- jewellery stones
- final machining of metals, alloys and non-metallic materials.
and for preliminary and finishing abrasive machining using polishing, cloth, cotton and felt discs. Depending on the type of paste, surfaces with different levels of polishing are obtained, and we guarantee you the highest levels of glossiness.
Pastes differ in the percentage of diamond grain.
We have 10% 20% 30% and 40% pastes
The concentration of micro diamond grain in a paste depends on the size and hardness of the processed material. It should be larger the harder the processed material is.
To obtain a mirror gloss, it is recommended to use oil pastes.
Advantages:
- high quality micro grain of the synthetic diamond
- easy and safe use
- high product performance
Type of packaging:
- Diamond milk are packaged in 5ml, 10ml, 20ml plastic bottle
Storage:
- The diamond milk should be stored at 25 ° +/- 5 °C
